Michelle made it so incredibly easy to work with her when it came to caring for my elderly father. He was diagnosed with early onset Dementia, and cognitively it was not safe for him to be left alone all day in his home. She stepped right in, unwavering in her approach, and took so much stress off of my plate. He lives at home with me, but I work Full Time. Michelle and her staff were punctual, responsive, and connected with my father right away (of which I was leery of how he would respond). We have had many situations where I couldn't even get a return phone call from other agencies. She was always available, 24/7, and no task was too big or too small. My father has since passed away, but when it comes time to care for my mother, she will be first on my list. She is the best in this business.
